In our Single Apartment, you are most welcome to enjoy our feel-good programme and lifestyle offers to the fullest. Here you can discover comfort and luxury in peace and quiet. The pleasant atmosphere in this apartment profits from the warming light that falls through a light shaft and is enlivened by the special light effects in the bathroom. You can relax at will in your comfortable king-size box-spring bed and feel completely at ease in the stylishly furnished apartment.

A fully equipped kitchenette, featuring ceramic hob, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle and Nespresso capsule machine (capsules available at reception), is at your disposal for culinary moments. With the flat screen cable TV, you can relax, listen to music from the radio or surf the web via the free WI-FI. Enjoy the comfort of your own bathroom with shower, WC, cosmetic mirror, hairdryer, towels and a fluffy bathrobe, slippers and various care products. You can store your valuables in the safe. If you have any questions, simply call us with your room telephone with integrated alarm clock. We ask for your understanding that smoking in the apartment is prohibited.

INCLUSIVE SERVICES:

Starter set of coffee & tea, filled sugar shaker, salt, pepper, dishwasher tabs, tea towels, dishwasher detergent and kitchen roll. On request: daily towel change service, fresh bread service and "eat & drink service."

PARKING

€ 15.00 per day

You can drive your car comfortably to the front door of the raetia alpinlounge to unload or load your luggage. During your stay, we have reserved a dedicated parking space in our parking lounge. 

Pets

€ 20.00 per animal/day

House-trained four-legged friends are welcome with us. For a small surcharge, your dog will also feel at home in your apartment (dog food not included in the price). We ask for your understanding that no animals are allowed in the spa/wellness area.

FINAL CLEANING

€ 70.00 (one-time costs)

So that you can enjoy your holiday until the very last minute, we’ll take over the careful and comprehensive final cleaning of the apartment. For this we charge the above mentioned amount 1x.
